I’m finally posting our powder bathroom renovation! We finished up this renovation a few months ago but I completely forgot to post it until now.
This bathroom was one of my top priorities to update when moving in since it’s one of the first things you see when you walk into the front door, plus it’s the main bathroom that guests use. The space is relatively small so this renovation was pretty quick and easy!
We (as in my amazing husband) started by gutting the entire bathroom. Everything from the mirror all the way to the toilet had to go. The hardest part of the entire renovation was getting the mirror down, it ended up shattering because the entire thing was superglued to the wall. Next we had to patch all the walls and paint the entire space white (Sherwin Williams Pure White). We added woven wallpaper from Spoonflower as an accent piece and let me tell you, it was a dream to put up! I've used many different kinds of peel and stick wallpaper in the past but this was by far my favorite. We had no problem putting it up and it turned out so beautiful! We also added board and batten wood paneling to the walls to really tie the room together. We of course installed the new toilet and vanity and then finished off by adding the brushed gold hardware, light fixture, mirror, and simple decor. The entire renovation was super easy and came together seamlessly. One bathroom down, three more to go!
I have everything we used linked below on the LTK app.
